Step 3, The Three Ball Cascade
- The standard three ball juggling pattern actually goes by the name of the Three Ball Cascade so this is what you will try to master with three balls.
- In the same stance as before start with two balls in your right hand (or your left hand if you are left handed) and the third ball in the other hand.
- Just as with the two ball exercise, start by throwing one of the balls in your right hand, when it reaches eye level throw the ball in the left hand. Your left hand is now free to catch the first ball.
- Now when the second ball reaches eye level throw the third ball from your right hand, leaving the right hand to catch the second ball.
- The pattern continues with each ball being thrown when the previous reaches eye level.
