Step 2, Two Ball Exercise

Start with one ball in each hand, again with hands at waist height and shoulder width apart. As before, through the ball in the right hand in an arc but this time when it reaches eye level throw the ssecond ball. Now simply catch the first ball in your left hand and the second ball in the right.

Now repeat the pattern starting with the opposite hand. Try to make the throwing action as smooth and regular as possible.

You will notice a break in the rythm, this is where the third ball will fit in.
